Realty Connections 9th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza

We are “hopping” around and teaming up with Lanark again this year. We will be at the Lanark Pavilion on March 21, 2026 – MY BIRTHDAY beginning at 9:00am. Any sponsor is welcome and highly encouraged to set up a tent/table at the event. We will provide the table for you, just let me know on the sign up form that you will be at the event. We will also provide a game and prizes for the kids to play and win at your table. You just provide parents any promotional items that you would like. We will also have cotton candy for the kids - and adults!! If you participated in our Halloween event, you saw that we pretty much run that event – it’s our BIG DEAL. For this event we let Lanark take charge and we are there to support them, so it is a bit more laid back. We do usually have an attendance of around 300 or so. They do charge the public for this event vs Realty Connection making a donation to them as we do for Halloween. It is $5 per person with a max of $20 per family. ALL proceeds go to Lanark. If you were not able to join us at Halloween, this event would be a great kick start to see how our events are attended and get a feel for what we do to keep everyone coming back year after year. There will be 3 age grouped egg hunts during the event and there are 2 golden eggs hidden for each age group. We will put together a prize basket for the children who find the golden egg and are asking sponsors for any promotional items, as we are also going to give the winning parents a thank you basket as well, just for bringing the kids out. There will be 6 total, so this would be a larger promotional item than what you would like to give out at your table. Past items have included fold up chairs, refrigerated tote bags/collapsible coolers, gift pen sets… things like this. You do not have to provide one for each basket, you can do as many or as few as you choose. Just let me know if you would like to be included in the parent basket. For this event we need just one Sponsorship level. Since we are not donating to Lanark, having face painters, balloon twisters, blow up slides and making ALL the food we do for Halloween, this event is not as expensive for us to put on, but it is just as fun. With just this level, we are able to purchase fun kids prizes, make free cotton candy and help Lanark with plastic eggs and candy for the hunts – we usually have around 3,000 eggs in all 3 hunts combined. The event opens to the public at 9am and we wrap up by noon as the last egg hunt is at 11:00-11:15ish.
